Is there any enzyme for converting butyryl-CoA into butyryl-ACP (acyl carrier protein)?

There are two ACP transacylase for converting acetyl-CoA and malonyl-CoA into ACP intermediates. Are there any other ACP transacylase for converting other acyl-CoA into acyl-ACP.
