Initializing the domain with standard type, for multi-phase flow, is computing velocity wrongly. Can anyone suggest a reason for this?

In fluent when i initialize the solution with standard type for multi-phase flow, the velocity computed by Fluent is wrong. I am using mass flow inlet type boundary.
