Can somebody give me some opinions on WRL68 cells growth?

I am culturing the WRL-68 cells, which derive from the HeLa cells. The problem is the cells are growing healthy in T25 flask. The media i am using is DMEM with 10% fbs,penstrep and amphotericin b.
