Why is the intraluminal reflection on OCT different in retinal vessels compared to choroidal vessels?

On en-face OCT images this difference is easy to visualize. In the retinal vessels the intraluminar content is hyperreflective. In the choroidal vessels the intraluminar content is hyperreflective.
