One of bacterial isolates is able to grow on mh agar but not in broth. can anyone suggest possible reasons and suggestions for its growth?

it grows on MH agar plates but fails to grow in broth. I have tried still conditions as well to check if its microaerophillic .

Has anyone isolated campylobacter jejuni? suggest the do's and dont's for the same?

I AM TRYING TO ISOLATE C.jejuni BUT AS ITS FROM ENVIRONMENTAL SAMPLE, ITS DIFFICULT. I AM CURRENTLY USING blood free campylobacter broth base AND AGAR FROM HIMEDIA AT 42C
