Protocol for Sep-PaK C8?

Can someone detail me a protocol for the Sep-Pak column C8? Do you use the same for C18? I am trying to get rid of Urea from a complex protein mixture. Thanks in advance!

Hello! Have you got any suggestions on how reduce carryover after a LC-MS analysis of intact proteins?

I would like to avoid any purification steps before the analysis, but I would like to play with the gradient, solvents, temperature, and pressure during the LC separation. Thanks!
