I would like to meta analyze some phase 2 trials but I am not able using RevMan

How must be median follow up calculated in clinical trials?

How is follow up calculated? If it is calculated as the time between the randomization and last survival follow up, it would correspond to overall survival, so I do not know how to measure it.
