How to calculate the Reconnaissance Drought Index (RDI) in DrinC software?

I’m writing to enquire about a problem in inputting Hargreaves temperature data attached here.i need an excel file example for Tmax or Tmin. I appreciate any feedback you may have. Sincerely.
