I am developing a gas sensor setup (a test chamber) to test nano gas sensors. What kind of MFC (mass flow controller) is suitable?

The gasses are not corrosive. and the price matters. suggesting brands, models or only the appropriate specifications will help me.

How can I develop a gas sensor based on ZnO which operates at room temperature?

Adding some dopants may be useful but why it works? I have studied lots of papers but i did not find good discussions.
