Is there any tool to convert the allelic data (allele size) into genotypic data (allele form, i.e AA AB) ?

As we are aware, codominant data analysis using POPGENE requires genotypic data (AA AB) If anyone can suggest a possible way to convert the allele size into allele form would be highly appreciated...
