How can i run Gibson construct on agarose gel to see either assembly happens or not? If Some one can share the whole protocol or gel picture?

The size of my vector is 3.8kb and insert is 1.2kb. I have used 70ng of vector and 130ng of insert and mixed with Gibson master mix kept them for 20 minutes at 50C. I want to know is it possible...
