Does anybody know how to generate a defined 2D hull in Igor Pro?

What I would like to achieve is to generate something like a bezier curve/hull that envelopes all data points in a given data set with a defined margin of error e.g. an expansion of 5%.

Does anybody know an off-the-shelf alternative to Sigma's antifoam that can be added to avoid excessive foam in shaking bacterial growth media?
