Does anyone have blue crab tissue or dna aliquots that are known positive for H. perezi or A. michaelis?

I am looking for positive controls of Hematodinium perezi and Ameson michaelis for use in molecular screenings of hemolymph for blue crab pathogens. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
