Are human B and T cells adherent or suspension cells in culture? I think they're sticking to the bottom of my plate. Possible?

I'm isolating human PBMCs, incubating them for a week with a fungal pathogen and then hope to run them through flow to see what's going on with the B and T cells, but am not having much luck....
