My raw264.7 cells are not differentiating into osteoclasts using abcam's RANKL -ab129136. Has anyone used this or has any recommendations for diff.?

Before purchasing abcam's RANKL (ab129136), I contacted the company as to whether a crosslinking antibody was necessary because I didn't want to use one. They assured me that I did not need one....
