How do you solubilize the dye formed by tartrate-resistant acid phosphatase (TRAP) that forms from coupling of Naphthol AS-BI with Fast Garnet GBC?

I want to solubilize the dye and then quantitate it on a visible scanning spectrophotometer. Thank you Tom Rosol
