Ethidum Bromide diffusing out of gel

I'm having a problem, Ethidium Bromide keeps running out of my gel, which makes the bands become very faint. Any suggestions to troubleshoot this? I ran 90V, for 30 mins. 1.5% agarose in TBE buffer.
