Do you store your animal tissue samples in 100% ethanol?

It seems that 100% ethanol may not be good for animal tissue sample storage, and higher dilutions should be used, is this true? What do you advise?

Is it possible to extract DNA (with quality for RADs) from the old samples (stored in DMSO)?

I have vertebrate tissue samples stored in DMSO for about 10 years. I would like to do RAD analysis in those samples. Is there a way to extract DNA with good quality for the analysis?
