As, nbti or hci impacts the vth to increase with age, Does decrease in mobility also have a noticeble impact on the decrease of current?

Related to NBTI/HCI effect due to aging of mosfet. As change in current would depend both on change in mobility and change in vth. can the impact of change in mobilty be ignored. if yes, then why?
