How can I remove petroleum ether effectively from my petroleum ether extract?

I would like to know the settings of the machines as well such as for rotavapor: what is the temperature,pressure etc. I also have a mivac and would like to know the optimum settings for it.

Is there a reference list of compounds identified from long UV visualization?

I have conducted TLC and ran a short & long UV visualization. There are several coloured spots formed and I cannot identify them. One of them is light blue and the other spot is green.
