How to design mixed Taguchi Experiment orthogonal array having 2 factors 6 levels and 1 factor 3 levels ?

I am designing a experiment by Taguchi method in Minitab. i would like to know how to construct a mixed factor orthogonal array in minitab. Every suggestion will be appreciated
