How do I perform CFD analysis of a dialysis needle puncture into the arteriovenous fistula (AV fistula)?

Hi, I'm trying to find out the velocity, force and pressure of the blood flow as it enters the needle during the puncture of the AV fistula. It could be a 14G needle for example.
