Why C=O stretch peak appears after uvo treatement on PDMS?

After UVO treatment on PDMS, I got C=O stretch peak from ATR-FTIR. I used Sylgard184 (base:curing agent=100:4), and treated UVO 90 minutes on cured PDMS by UV ozone cleaner.
