How to convert heat flux data of unit W/m2 to Degree celsius per day?

Hi all ! I have daily heat flux data (shortwave, longwave, sensible and latent) in the unit of W/m2. I want to convert them to °C/day. Any leads on how to go about the conversion ? TIA
