How one can confirm that platinum dichloro complex is fully hydrolysed or not?

How to hydrolysed cis-platin based pt complex and how to confirm it is fully hydrolysed or not. During hydrolysis by AgClO4 we should get white precipitate of AgCl but I got yellow precipitate.
