Please tell me what type of precautions i will take to handle the Uranium ores in lab, the concentration of uranium in the ore sample nearly 300ppm?

I want to do uranium leaching experiment in my lab. The concentration of uranium in the ore samples is nearly 300ppm. Please tell me what kind of precautions are required for running the experiment.
