Is there any morphological or physical marker available at field level to select quality wise best rice ???

If we can able to identify quality wise good rice at field level only then it may save breeder time. It may also helps in selection of better parent.

In in vitro strach digestibility experiment , I am getting burst in glucose release after 210 min, what could be the possible reasons ?

I am following the protocol given by fitgerald et al., 2011 to carrying out an In vitro starch digestibility experiment in basmati rice cultivars. Can anyone suggest me the possible reasons.
