Does anyone know if I can thermally evaporatate CuSCN?

I read many papers and all seem to use solution based coating. However I would like to evaporate the material. Not sure if it decomposes during evaporation. Any help appreciated!!

What is the difference between optical bandgap and electrochemical bandgap? Which is more significant to charge transport?

I work with a polymer which shows 1.73eV as optical bandgap and 2.2 eV as electrochemical bandgap (calculated from Cyclic Voltammetry measurements). I am not sure where that difference comes from.
