Is there anyone who works with DiI staining in mouse embryo slice culture?

I am trying DiI (molecular probe D-7777) staining in E13.5, 15.5 and 17.5 mouse embryo brain organotypic slices.But it is not working out at all. Is there anyone who can give me some help?
