Annealing temperature for the ssr markers?

I am working with ssr markers in fungal dna but no any amplification achieved till could you please guide me regarding the annealing temperature!

How much master mix(readily available), dna templete, primer and water(nuclease free) should i be using in 20 micrlitre of reaction mixture?

since i am working with ssr markers I am not getting any kind of amplification though conducted series of veriflex, gradient pcr. Please help me out with this
