I need to calculate degree of acetylation (DA) of commercially available alginate from 1H-NMR spectra. How can this be done?

I have integrated data from 1H-NMR spectra for acetyl group, internal standard and molecular weight for a monomer unit before and after O-acetylation. Any ideas would be highly appreciated! Thanks!
