What is a good recipe for growth of SWNT networks on SiN within a Vacuum (approx. 10^-2 mbar) CVD chamber?

I want to grow single wall nanotubes on a Si chip with SiN membrane (200 nm). We have a Vacuum CVD chamber with approx. 10^-2 mbar). I'd like to have a nice network with distinct nanotubes....
