I want to culture splenic dendritic cells after pull downs with DC isolation kit by Miltenyi using CD11c. Could you please help me if?

My goal is to culture Dendritic cells from spleen of mouse. I have CD11c bound mag beads from Miltenyi to pull down DCs. If you have experience please share the protocol. Thanks in advance
