Does anyone know what the floating pieces are in my cell suspension?

I thawed microvascular endothelial cells from the -80 freezer and spun the suspension in DMEM down at 150G for 5 minutes. After this I added 2 mL EGM-2MV medium to the cells and resuspended it....
