I am trying to make DNA Ag nanoclusters. I am not getting any fluorescence but my solution s turning to light golden kind of color. any idea?

I tried in various buffers in various molar ratios. But i am not getting any fluorescence under Uv light, but my solutions are becoming light golden color after the addition of NaBH4. any idea...
