Does anybody have experience in fixing fishbrain in PFA without doing a perfusion?

I am going to fixate some California killifish brains in PFA, but will not be able to do a Cardiac perfusion. Does anybody know if it will be possible to Place the Whole scull (or the Whole brain)...
