Does anyone know a tool used for RNA structure validation; an etha-theta plot such as the ramachandran plot for proteins?

For proteins, the ramachandran plot is used for structure validation during homology modelling. Similarly for RNA, the etha-theta plot is used. Can anyone suggest a tool for the same?
