Can you suggest me which technique is good for electropolymerization of polymers in (TiO2/nanocomposite) nanotubes?

Because I want fill the polymer in the nanotubes. Also I tried by applying constant potential like amperometry techniques. I need suggestion for deposition of polymers on TiO2/nanocomposite nanotubes
