Is it possible not to find D- and G-bands in Raman spectra of GO annealed in inert environment at high temperatures?

XRD has denoted its conversion into rGO but not finding its characteristic peaks (but only 2D band) in Raman is very confusing. Please suggest me something with references.

What are the parameters that affect the optical band gap of a composite material?

Can crystallinity, morphology, molecular packing, phase separation, and nanoscale morphology be those parameters? If yes, how?
