I want to know which volume of 0.1 M of TTIP solution should i dissolve in 21 ml of ethanol ?

I want to prepare TiO2 nanoparticles, my method involves the use of 0.1 M of TTIP solution that i will be prepared in 21 ml of ethanol. and from there I will be mixed it with water
