What tube do you use for plasma / serum preparation from rats? I need to measure insulin using a commercial ELISA kit?

I am trying to figure out if I need EDTA or heparin coated tubes and which ? K2 / K3 / LITHIUM HEPARIN OR SODIUM HEPARIN? which is best for insulin measurment through ELISA Thanks.
