What should I do after RNase A treatment when I purify dsRNA from total RNA?

I extracted total RNA with the TRIZOL method and according to literature, I can digest ssRNA with RNase A in 2*SSC, but I don't know how to inactivate RNase and purify the mixture after RNase...
