How to make zirconium(Zr) based Core-Shell nanoparticles with Zr as Shell?

I want to make Zr nanoparticle onto a core of TiO2.Please do tell me if there is any easy method to make this happen. Preferably I want to use ZrOCl2 as salt that gives Zr part. Thanks in advance
