Hello, would anyone tell me how to make solution of 100 mM TiCl4 in 100 mM Ammonium Bicarbonate Buffer (pH 8.0)?

I have titanium tetrachloride in dichloromethane to make the solution. I need to make this solution for modify column material for enrichment of phosphopeptides.
