At second stage surgery there was an evidence of labial cortical bone loss with out any mobility on an implant placed in max central. how to manage?

Second stage surgery was done after six months for loading.. Implant was immediately placed after extraction. There was no cortical fracture nor dehisence when implant was loaded.
