What are the best methods to distinguish between stannite and kesterite phase of Cu2ZnSnSe4?

In XRD both phases have same 2theta position. In Raman spectroscopy too, both Stannite and Kesterite phases have Raman peak from tetragonal Cu2ZnSnSe4 at around 193-196 cm-1. Please suggest how to...
