Hello, does anybody has a good protocol for neuronal dissociation from adult mice for flow cytometry?

I tried different enzymes (Papain, Liberase, Accutase) but the protocols I used do not give me a good yield or they reduce a lot the viability of the neurons. Thank you in advance!
