What should be the ideal fixing method for fixing HCT116 mutant cells in glass cover slips?

I am finding HCT116 R175H cells difficult to fix with 4% PFA in PBS in glass coverslips for IF assay. I've tried to use 2 ml of 4% PFA in PBS for 20 minutes, but still the cells tend to detach....
