Can we make stable structure by depositing TiO2 film on SrTiO3, so that Sr atoms do not diffuse in TiO2?

I want to ask that when we deposit TiO2 on SrTiO3 film then both films have large lattice mismatch. Is there any idea to make the structure stable? So that, no diffusion of Sr atoms may take place...
