Does anyone know of a paper referencing the finding of Steinernema carpocapsae in the UK in aprox 1941?

I recall seeing a reference to S.carpocapsae not being found in the UK since one record in 1941, however that paper doesn't provide a reference for that record or paper.  If anyone could shed any...
